IN the last 12 months there have been 745 property sales across Widnes - but what homes are the most popular on the market?

Property website Zoopla has compiled the top ten most viewed properties in Widnes for the past 30 days - with the most popular being viewed 964 times throughout April.

The average house price in the area is £173,110 while the average value of property comes in at £179,697.

Widnes' market is slightly down with a -0.05% drop in house value change.

Annabel Dixon, Zoopla spokeswoman said: “We’re a nation that’s passionate about property, even if we’re not necessarily on the hunt to buy or rent.

"There are some real gems among the thousands of homes listed on Zoopla.

The cheapest popular property costs just £90,000 with the pricer offerings at £1,100,000.
