THE Dental Academy in Daresbury has raised more than £200 from its charity bake sale thanks to generous contributions.
Staff and patients at the practice in Daresbury Lodge, Chester Road, raised £223.73 at an event earlier this month which will be split equally between two charities- Comic Relief and Stand up to Cancer.
Eve Rafferty from The Dental Academy said: “After the success of our Macmillan Coffee Morning in September last year, we decided to set our team the challenge to‘bake the world a better place’ again.
“The team had a great time baking and faking and as always patients and staff have been extremely generous.”
