DELIBERATE fires have been reported across Widnes this week.
The first occurred at 8.24pm on Monday in Stewards Avenue.
Firefighters from Widnes attended and found a go kart well alight.
The second incident occurred at 3.13am this morning, Wednesday, in Millfield Road where a hose reel jet was used to extinguish a car fire.
Both fires are believed to have been started deliberately.
