There are long delays on the M62 this morning, Monday
HEAVY traffic is being reported on the M62 this morning, Monday.
The exit slip road of the M62 Eastbound exit was partially blocked due to a broken down lorry at junction nine near Newton-le-Willows.
The lorry was partially encroaching into the exit slip road as you head towards the roundabout.
All lanes have since re-opened.
