One fire engine was sent to Lanark Gardens in Widnes
A FIRE broke out at a playground yesterday evening, Friday.
One fire engine was sent to Upton Rocks Park at Lanark Gardens in Widnes at around 8.30pm where a hose reel jet was used to extinguish the small blaze.
The crew was at the scene for around 20 minutes.
Police were in attendance as well.
