A MORTGAGE advice business is celebrating success in Widnes after creating three new jobs for the area.
The new mortgage shop, which is part of the Mortgage Advice Bureau network, is located on Deacon Road in the town centre.
It opened its doors for business at the beginning of January and demand for mortgage consultations and quotations soared with advisers taking double the number of appointments they originally expected.
Business principal, Colin Forsyth, said: "We’ve had a great deal of success in Runcorn since we opened in 2016, with sustained growth increasing our team to four advisers and three administrators in total.
"As a business that’s part of the Mortgage Advice Bureau network our customers benefit from our knowledge and have access to a wide range of mortgage products.
"We felt there was an opportunity to bring this market knowledge and mortgage and protection advice directly to customers in Widnes.
"We’ve now got a fantastic high street presence in a busy part of the town where customers can drop in to find a personal welcome and dedicated advice and support on finding a mortgage lender."
Mortgage Advice Bureau is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday by prior appointment.
