FIRE crews were called to a tumble dryer fire in Runcorn this morning, Saturday.
At 9.10am, fire engines from both Runcorn and Widnes attended a house in Norton Village.
Upon arrival, crews used a hose reel jet to put out the fire and removed the dryer from the property.
They were at the scene for about 30 minutes.
