MEN with links to Runcorn are wanted for questioning in connection with a £4 million drugs conspiracy.

National Crime Agency investigators are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Desmond Broad, 51- who is also known as Andrew Nicholas- and Alan Cumming, 48.

“He has strong ties to the North West especially Liverpool.

“However, Desmond Broad fled the UK at the end of February- we believe he may now be in Spain.

“I would also like to remind anyone, who is either helping Broad or Cumming or actively frustrating our attempts to locate them, they could find themselves being arrested.”
