Bowls
LARRY Wells is the latest winner in the Warrington winter bowls series.
He defeated S Peters in the handicap competition, with M Burrows and Rob Lawrenson bowing out in the semi finals.
Steve Gilfedder came out on top in the plate competition. Runner-up was U Hull and the defeated semi finalists were S Heath and K Pilkington.
