STAFF and children at a school club in Halton are delighted to be rated outstanding by Ofsted inspectors.
Playhub School Club in Hesketh Road, Hale received generous praise from the inspectors for leadership, quality of care and its exceptional relationships with children and parents who attend the setting.
Director, Hayden McCann, said: "Everyone here is very excited that the inspectors rate the club as outstanding.
"We are extremely pleased with the inspector's comments and very proud of the team and club."
The club, which is based at Hale C of E Primary School in the Hale Village, is managed by Michelle Lawton.
The inspection resulted in a glowing report which illustrate the tremendous improvements since the previous inspection in 2014.
Playhub School Club provision runs a breakfast club from 7.30am to 9am and an after-school club from 3pm to 5.45pm from Monday to Friday during term time.
