A WIDNES supermarket was evacuated due to concerns for the safety of a woman
Police were called to Morrisons at 12.20pm last Monday, December 10, following concerns for the welfare of a woman at a supermarket on Green Oaks Way.
Police and paramedics attended the scene and a 32-year-old woman was taken to hospital.
A spokesman for the force said: "Staff at the supermarket evacuated the store as a precautionary measure, but at no point were any threats made towards any staff or customers."
