GREEN Oaks shopping centre is planning a host of festive family fun for free throughout December.
Shoppers can expect local choirs bringing Christmas cheer, with Warrington Signing Choir, the Irish Guards, All Saints Upton primary school Christmas carols and Palacefields ukulele group all set to perform.
On Saturday, December 15 from 11am until 4pm, visitors to the shopping centre in Green Oaks Way are invited to take a seat in the Green Oaks’ Sleigh and have their photo captured riding through the sky in front of the magical backdrop. Free photo keep sakes will be given out, with guests encouraged to share their pictures on Green Oaks’ Twitter or Facebook page.
Sleigh riders will be then entered into a draw for a chance to win prizes from Planet Ice Widnes and Green Oaks' On The High Street and Mangobean.
All activity is free of charge, but Green Oaks are asking kind shoppers to make a donation to their charity partner, Halton & Haven Hospice.
Late night shopping commences on November 22, every Thursday until 8pm and an entire week of late night opening hours will run from December 17 until December 22 until 8pm.
