The big band
TAKE the chance to swing those jingle bells when the Five Star Swing Big Band present their show The Big Band at Christmas.
The Five Star Swing Big Band have featured at London’s Leicester Square Theatre and on BBC Children in Need.
They will be performing all of your favourite Christmas songs with a swing-twist by giving the dynamic big band treatment, from Glenn Miller, Sinatra, Basie, Nat King Cole.
Featured is Simone from the Ivy Benson Orchestra, and Chris Smith, composer and arranger for the BBC Radio Big Band and Herb Miller Big Band.
The show starts at 7.30pm at the Brindley theatre on Monday, December 17.
