SEVEN jobs have will be lost in Widnes as butcher's chain Crawshaws confirmed the closures of its branch in the town.
The company has closed 35 stores and one factory nationwide after appointing administrators last week, resulting in 354 job losses.
And it confirmed today, Monday, it would be closed its store which opened in Widnes in 2016
The shops closed suddenly last Wednesday.
Administrators are now seeking a buyer for the business in a bid to preserve the 261 remaining jobs across the country.
