A TEENAGER was left shaken after bike robbery in Runcorn

At around 10.40pm on October 3, a 19-year-old man was riding his black Beeline Pista 125cc scooter near The Old Transporter pub at The Croft when he was approached by a group of five men.

Police say one of them nudged him off the scooter.

One of the offenders then rode off towards the subway that leads to Halton Brook and Halton Brow.

The culprit was followed by the rest of the group of men, who were all on bikes.

The group were all wearing dark clothing and had their faces covered.

One of them was riding a white moped and another was on a dirt-style bike.

DC Nathaniel Walkowiak said: “The victim has understandably been left shaken up by this frightening incident.

“We are determined to identity the offenders and make them face the consequences of their actions, as well as to recover the stolen scooter.

“Enquiries are ongoing and I urge anyone with any information regarding the incident, the offenders or the stolen scooter to come forward.

“We are also keen to speak to anyone who believes they may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the offenders.”
