HALTON Community Day Services, as a team, is cycling 192 miles using three stationary spinning bikes at Kingsway Leisure Centre.
On Friday, August 10 the team will cycle the distance of Wainwrights Coast to Coast walk across England from the west coast at St Bees in the Lake District to the east coast at Robin Hoods Bay in Yorkshire.
All proceeds from this challenge will go towards developing a sensory garden for people with profound and multiple disabilities to enjoy.
The staff and service users last year did a similar cycle to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Everyone is encouraged to go down and cheer on the team from 8.30am until 6.00pm.
If you would like to donate to the collection, you can pop down to Kingsway Leisure Centre on Fridays, or the Independent Living Centre on Collier Street in Runcorn.
Alternatively people can ring 07597 305801.
