Crews called to 'electric grill incident'
FIREFIGHTERS attended a property after smoke had caused an alarm to go off.
Shortly after 2pm on Friday, firefighters from Runcorn were mobilised to reports of a building fire.
On arrival crews found that a domestic smoke alarm had been activated as a result of smoke caused by an electric grill.
Firefighters used a large fan to clear the smoke from the kitchen and were in attendance for approximately 20 minutes.
