TV star Zoe Ball shared breakfast with a team of BT workers at the home of Widnes Vikings this morning.
The novice cyclist sets off today on the second leg of her gruelling 300-mile charity BT Sport Relief Challenge to raise awareness of mental health.
She said: "Widnes Vikings and their coach met us yesterday and cycled with me into the stadium.
"Having very fit rugby players behind you suddenly makes you go faster!
"We were greeted by ladies from Runcorn Cycling Club. It was very emotional. I was moved to tears."
