HAVING registered for the new toll payment scheme in August, I paid the £10 fee.
My car sticker arrived a short while later, which I duly placed on my windscreen as instructed.
Unfortunately the car that I had registered broke down and is unrepairable.
I informed merseyflow of the situation and asked to use the £10 already paid to be transferred to a new vehicle.
I was then told to re-register and pay another £10 for another sticker.
Now I have to go through the whole process again.
It is frustrating and nothing short of a rip-off.
I have not used the first one as the bridge is not even open yet.
I work as a process operator in Runcorn so I need to cross the bridge regularly.
