THIS picture of a stunning staircase and ceiling was captured by Anne Knox, of Norleane Crescent, Runcorn.
She said: ”This photograph was taken while we were in Liverpool with our grandsons Ben and Alex.
“It was taken inside the Liverpool Central Library as part of a cultured experience while they were on school holidays.”
The picture was taken on April 3.
