HOW I agree with the lady from Beechwood about the lack of maintenance to grass and hedges.
Is Halton Council intending to emulate the African plains?
Should the residents of Halton expect to see lions, tigers and even wildebeests roaming our fields or giraffes nibbling the uncut hedges?
Joking aside, isn’t this neglect putting residents at risk?
The overgrowth is creating the perfect environment for drug dealing, paedophiles and muggers.
As for the actual cutting ‘when it occurs’, I could do better with a blunt knife.
I notice that Runcorn Town Hall and surrounding park is immaculate.
Can we all have a council tax rebate please?
