BIG-HEARTED musicians are once again giving up their time to support charity.
Halton Rocks 2016 on Saturday, June 4 June is raising funds to take disabled children on holiday.
The annual music event at The Studio in Lacey Street brings together 10 of Halton’s unsigned acts for one night only.
Crowds of around 300 have attended in previous years.
Widnes singer songwriter Jenny Colquitt, who recently launched her debut EP, joins Wasteland Paradise, The Sundowners and many more.
Factory, a young rock band from Runcorn, is headlining.
All the money raised will be donated to Heswall Disabled Children’s Holiday Fund, a charity that provides holidays and respite care for disabled children across the north west, including many from Widnes and Runcorn.
Tickets priced £5 are available from wegottickets.com under Halton Rocks. Admission on the door is £6.
Organisers would like to thank Take Phat, IE Audio Hire and AP Stevens, without whom the event would not be possible.
