A BUNCH of flowers or chocolates may be given to you unexpectedly in the coming weeks.
Wellbeing Enterprises, the first health and wellbeing community interest company in the UK, is celebrating its 10th birthday.
To mark the milestone, staff are launching a random acts of kindness initiative in Halton.
Chief executive officer Mark Swift said: “We will be giving away all sorts of treats and surprises to members of the public and people who use our services.
“This may include free trips to the cinema, theatre tickets, gift vouchers and days out for the family.”
Hundreds of random acts of kindness will be offered between July 20 and July 31.
He added: “There’s no catch. All we ask is that people be kind to others by smiling at someone, holding a door open or saying thank you.
“All these little acts of kindness and generosity add up to create a kind, caring community where people feel valued and supported.”
Wellbeing Enterprises works with all 17 GP practices across Halton and has changed the lives of more than 14,000 people since 2005.
