A COMPUTER games expert has landed a top job with a cutting edge Runcorn company.

Dad-of-two Carl Dalton, aged 46, has been appointed head of projects at technology specialists d3t.

He was game director of Oysterworld until moving to the firm’s HQ at the Heath Business Park.

He was previously the founder and owner of Brain in a Jar and a member of the team at Sony Psygnosis.

Carl said: “My experience in the business meant that I recognised the unique blend of talents that make d3t what it is.

“Everyone here knows exactly what they are doing and that is reflected in the quality of the projects handled.

“My role now is to oversee the production of the projects that come in and I’m really looking forward to it.”

He has been closely involved with a vast range of successful computer games during his career.

Carl, from Weaverham, added: “I’m a collaborative individual myself so I’m really looking forward to working alongside such an able team.”
