A GENTLER form of football has proved so popular , Halton Council has moved the goalposts to add extra sessions.
Walking Football is a slow paced five-a-side football game for players who have a physical condition which prevents them competing in traditional soccer.
It provides a kickabout, improves walking and dribble skills, improves your health and fitness and enables you to socialise and have fun.
You get a red card if you run!
Sessions are now available for anyone aged 50 and over on Tuesday from 10am-11am at Upton Community Centre and Thursday from 10.30am-11am at Kingsway Leisure Centre.

To book your place call Paula Parle on 0151 511 8550 or Jane Rhodes on 0151 511 8603.
