You can find out about this fascinating theory at a free community resilience event being organised by Wellbeing Enterprises, a group working with Halton’s GP practices to improve patient’s health.
Fun sessions will help you to discover the power of laughter and tap into your creative potential through music and son.
You will also learn about the five ways to wellbeing.
