TEA is at the centre of an exhibition at The Studio on Lacey Street.
Time For Tea consists of images gathered by Hazel Roberts by offering to buy people a cup of tea in exchange for taking their photograph.
Hazel printed the photographs on teabags, kitchen roll and hankerchiefs, materials that reflect the delicacy of these encounters.
"It was surprising the amount of personal information people revealed just having a chat over a cuppa," said Hazel.
The exhibition is open until August 30 in the ArtSpace of the Widnes venue.
