ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Bold Ln & Adi St's. Burtonwood (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which is as follows: -

Prohibition of Driving & Clearway: Bold Lane - From the Borough Boundary to its jet. with Broad Ln; Back Lane - From its jet. with Bold Ln for 50m; Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Burtonwood & Winwick) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Consolidation Order 2018 in so far as it relates to Schedule 2 - 7.5T Weight Limit & trie following lengths of road: Broad Lane - From Bold Ln to Phipps Ln; Phipps Lane -From Broad Ln to Clay Ln; Clay Lane - From Phipps Ln to Gorsey Ln; Gorsey Lane - From Clay Ln to Borough Boundary.

The Order will be effective from Monday 10th June 2019 tor 24 months as & when signed on site. The works are to be undertaken in phases to minimise disruption with the majority of works off peak or overnight. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway on Church Lane from its jet. with Broad Ln to its jet. with Glebe Ave. The Order will be effective from 28th May 2019 for 2 weeks between 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, when signed on site. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Orford Road from its jet. with Birchwood Way to its jet. with Padgate Ln. The Order will be effective from 10pm on 12th June 2019 to 5.30am on 13th June 2019 when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Birchwood Way, Woolston Grange Ave, Manchester Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out bridge works. Ref: High/2000

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Pool Lane from its westerly jet. with Warrington Rd for a distance of 40m in a northerly direction. The Order will be effective from 10th June 2019 for 2 days, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Warrington Rd. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to carry out fibre optic cable works. Ref: High/2001

The alternative route will be via Priestley St, Froghall Ln, Midland Way, Manchester Rd, Kingsway Nth, Kingsway Sth, Higher Knutsford Rd, Hunts Ln, Ackers Rd, Chester Rd, Grappenhall Rd, Walton Rd, Walton New Rd & vice versa. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 14) Order 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 22nd May 2019. The effect of the Order is as follows: -

1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of No Waiting at Any Time: Stanhoe Drive (South West Side) - Between its jet. with Whittle Ave & Sophia Dr; Stanhoe Drive (North East Side)

The title of the Order has changed from the Experimental Notice which was advertised on 20th September 2018 as The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment No. 41) Experimental Order 2018. The Order will be effective from 1 st June 2019. Deposited documents may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 22nd May 2019, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
