ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Bold Ln & Adi St's. Burtonwood (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be as follows:-

ProhlbfrJon of Driving & Clearway: Bold Lane - From trie Borough Boundary to Its jet. with Broad Ln; Back Lane - From its jet. with Bold Ln for 50m.

Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Burtonwood & Winwick) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Consolidation Order 2018 In so far as It relates to Schedule 2 - 7.5T Weight Limit & the following lengths of road: Broad Lane - From Bold Ln to Phlpps Ln; Phipps Lane - From Broad Ln to Clay Ln; Clay Lane - From Phipps Ln to Gorsey Ln; Gorsey Lane - From Clay Ln to Borough Boundary. The Order will be effective from 17th June 2019 for 6 weeks between 7pm & 1am, when signed on site. The alternative route for Bold Ln will be via Broad Ln, Phipps Ln, Clay Ln, Gorsey Ln, Nellls Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ret: High/1972

Chester Rd & Gainsborough Rd (Various Restrictions) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be as folios-Prohibition of Driving, between the hours of 7pm to 5am: A5060 Chester Road - From its jet. with A56 Walton New Rd to its jet. with A49 Wilderspool Causeway/Brian Bevan Island; Prohibition of Driving, 24 Hours: Gainsborough Road - From its jet. with Chester Rd to its jet. with Silverdale Rd; 10mph Speed Limit Restriction, 24 Hours: A5060 Chester Road - From its jet. with Taylor St to Its jet. with Meadow Ave; Prohibition of Right Turn, 24 Hours: A5060 Chester Road - To prohibit any vehicle proceeding along on A5060 Chester Rd from making a right hand turn into Gainsborough Rd; Gainsborough Road-To prohibit any vehicle proceeding along on Gainsborough Rd from making a right hand turn into A5060 Chester Rd; Footway Closure, 24 Hours: A5060 Chester Road (western footway) - From a point 55m south of Gainsborough Rd to its jet. with A49 Wilderspool Causeway/Brian Bevan Island; A5060 Chester Road (eastern footway) - From Gainsborough Rd for a distance of 80m in a northerly direction (to its jet. with the petrol station).

The Order will be effective from Monday 10th June 2019 for 24 months as & when signed on site. The works are to be undertaken in phases to minimise disruption with the majority of works off peak or overnight. The alternative routes will be as follows: A5060 Chester Rd (POD) will be via A56 Walton New Rd, A56 Walton Rd, A49 London Rd, A49 Wilderspool Causeway & vice versa; Gainsborough Rd (POD) will be via A5060 Chester Rd, A49 Wilderspool Causeway & vice versa or via A5060 Chester Rd, A56 Walton New Rd, A56 Walton Rd, A49 London Rd, A49 Wilderspool Causeway & vice versa; A5060 Chester Rd (Right turn ban) will be via A5060 Chester Rd, Brian Bevan Roundabout &A5060 Chester Rd; Gainsborough Rd (Right turn ban) will be via A5060 Chester Rd, A56 Walton New Rd, A56 Walton Rd,A49 London Rd &A49 Wilderspool Causeway. The restrictions are required for Highway improvement works associated with the Centre Park Link scheme, including bridge construction, earthworks, drainage, associated footway works & carriageway construction & resurfacing.

The effect of which will be as follows:-

Prohlbltion of Driving & Clearway: A5061 Liverpool Road - From its jet. with Parker St to its jet. with Sankey Way; A5061 Sankey Way - From its jet. with Liverpool Rd to its jet. with Thewlis St; Factory Lane - From its jet. with Liverpool Rd for 50m; Milner Street - From its jet. with Liverpool Rd for 50m; Temporary Clearway: Old Liverpool Road - From its jet. with Quay Fold to its North Eastern end; Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Parker Street/Sankey Street) (Prohibition of Right Turn, Except for Buses and Pedal Cycles) Order 2018 in its entirety. The Order will be effective from 10th June 2019 for 6 weeks between 7pm & 1am when signed on site. The alternative routes will be Liverpool Rd/ Sankey Way via A5061 Parker St, A5061 Wilson Patten St, A5061 Bridgefoot, A49 Mersey St, A49 Fennel St, A49 Brick St, A57 Midland Way, A57 Froghall Ln, A57 Priestley St & vice versa. Orford Rd (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Orford Road from its jet. with Birchwood Way to its jet. with Padgate Ln. The Order will be effective from 10pm on 12th June 2019 to 5.30am on 13th June 2019 when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Birchwood Way, Woolston Grange Ave, Manchester Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out bridge works. Ref: High/2000

Pool Ln. Lvmm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019 The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Pool Lane from its westerly jet. with Warrington Rd for a distance of 40m in a northerly direction. The Order will be effective from 10th June 2019 for 2 days, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Warrington Rd. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to carry out fibre optic cable works. Ref: High/2001



Slutchers Ln (Footpath Closures) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which will be to introduce footpath closures on the following: Slutchers Lane (Footpath No. 53) - Opposite the gable end of Unit No. 750 Mandarin Court to Footpath No. 22; Footpath No. 21 (link running parallel to River Mersey) - From Footpath No. 22 to Footpath No. 49. The Order will be effective from Monday 10th June 2019 tor 6 months as & when signed on site. The works are to be undertaken in phases to minimise disruption with the majority of works off peak or overnight. The alternative routes will be as follows: Slutchers Ln (Footpath No. 53) will be via Footpath No. 203, A5060 Chester Rd, A49 Wilderspool Causeway, Park Blvd, Centre Park Sq, Slutchers Ln & vice versa; Footpath No. 21 will be via Footpath No. 203, A5060 Chester Rd, A49 Wilderspool Causeway, Park Blvd, Centre Park Sq, Lakeside Dr, Footpath No. 49 & vice versa. The closures are required for Highway improvement works associated with the Centre Park Link scheme, including bridge construction, earthworks, drainage, associated footway works & carriageway construction & resurfacing.

The effect of which will be as follows:-

Prohlbltlon of Driving, 10mph Speed Limit Restriction, Clearway, Prohibition of Parking on Verge or Footway & Footway Closure: Slutchers Lane - From its jet. with A5061 Wilson Patten for its entire length; Prohibition of Driving: Bus Gate - From Slutchers Ln to Centre Park Square; Suspension of Hackney Carriage Stand: Slutchers Lane (North Side) - From a point 37m east of its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 20m in an easterly direction - 4 spaces The Order will be effective from Monday 10th June 2019 tor 24 months as & when signed on site. The works are to be undertaken in phases to minimise disruption with the majority of works off peak or overnight. Academy St & Academy Way (Footway Closure) Temporary Order 2019

The effect of which is to introduce a footway closure on Academy Street (western footway) from its jet. with Buttermarket St to its jet. with Academy Way & Academy Way (northern footway) from its jet. with Academy Way to its jet. with Bank St. The Order will be effective from 20th May 2019 for 8 weeks when signed on site. The alternative route will be via the footway on Academy St & Academy Way. The closure is required to allow Vinci construction to carry out footway resurfacing works associated with the Centre Park Link scheme, including bridge construction, earth works, drainage, associated footway works & carriageway construction & resurfacing. Sycamore Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019 The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Sycamore Lane from its jet. with Tankersley Gr to its jet. with Blakehill Dr. The Order will be effective from Monday 20th May 2019 for 1 week when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Whittle Ave, Moran Dr, Santa Rosa Blvd, Boston Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Burtonwood Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to facilitate construction works/operations associated with the Warrington West Station - southern platform construction. Ref: High/1986 Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works, DATED: 16th May 2019
