Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:
Demolition of existing security and administration buildings and erection of an energy recovery facility to produce 30mw of electricity for distribution to Pilkington Greengate and Watson Street works and to National Grid, from the importation of 300,000 tonnes per annum of refuse derived fuel and residual municipal, commercial and industrial waste, also the erection of new security and substation buildings.

Also, any correspondence you do submit regarding this proposal will be displayed on the Council website.
