Ellison Thomas LLP act on behalf of the current owner of the property 5 Elland Close Bury BL9 8LF in making an application to the Land Tribunal to remedy the title to the property to include the freehold registered title. The property was original bought by the current owner on 5th April 2007 and then registered however the freehold title was mistakenly not included with the land registry application. Contracts with the previous owners John Birch and Maureen Birch where exchanged on 2nd April 2007 with the current owner and the purchase price included both the freehold and leasehold title. An application has been made by the current owner to remedy the mistake. The previous owner has 21 days from the first appearance of this notice to contact either Ellison Thomas LLP or the Land Tribunal Court and they may request a copy of the application and associated documents. If no request is made during this time period then the court may proceed with proceedings without further delay and without further reference to the previous owner on the basis that they do not so object to the application.
