ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (ELLISON DRIVE, ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of April, 2018, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicles to proceed in either direction along Ellison Drive at its' junction with Knowsley Road, as directed by road signs on site.
The Order will come into force on Tuesday 10th April, 2018, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be two weeks.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the installation of a new LV main, which requires a road crossing.
