Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building

Application No.: 2018/32532 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed replacement of majority of existing rainwater good with Alumasc's Heritage Cast Aluminium Guttery System (150 x 100mm) and rectangular downpipes (100 x 45mm). Colour of proposed system to match the existing (RAL 6029 - Mint Green). Location: Walton Hall Heritage Yard, Walton Lea Road, Higher Walton, Warrington, WA4 6SN Applicant Warrington Borough Council.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and BRIDGE STREET conservation area

Application No: 2018/32536 & 2018/32535 Proposal: Full Planning and Listed Building - Proposed strengthening of the riverbank to the River Mersey with sheet piling, associated dismantling, rebuilding and repair of Warrington Cenotaph, and associated works including new hard landscaping and lighting to the Cenotaph Location: Warrington Cenotaph, Bridge Foot, Warrington Applicant Ms. Rachel Waggett, Warrington Borough Council.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Application No: 2018/32510 Proposal: Listed Building Consent-Demolition of The Former Sunday school building, within the curtilage of the Unitary Cairo Street listed Church. Location: Sunday School, Cairo Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1 EH Applicant: Pilkington, Warrington & Co.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. (LYMM CENTRAL AREA CONSERVATION AREA)

Application No: 2018/32481 Proposal: Householder - Proposed First floor rear extension Location: 12, Higher Lane, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 OAP Applicant Mr & Mrs Scales.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
