WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 BROSELEY LANE. CULCHETH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Broseley Lane from its junction with Broseley Place to trie entrance of ORICA. The Order will be effective from Saturday 24th March 2018 for a period of 8 weeks, between the hours of 10pm on a Saturday to 7am on a Sunday, when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Wilton Lane, Kenyon Lane, Newton Road, East Lancashire Road, Warrington Road, Common Lane and vice versa.

The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out vegetation removal and brickwork repairs.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 34) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all oilier enabling powers. Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with plans showing the
restricted areas and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the
Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House,
Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either
by post to Rebecca Lee of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address
above by 22nd March 2018 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are
made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the
Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address
of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 32,35,124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in accordance with Regulation 21 of The Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure)(England and Wales) Regulations 1996, Section 43 of The Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers on 28th February 2018. The effect of the Order is as follows:-1. The orders specified in the Schedule to this Order are consolidated under this Order
and are subsequently revoked in their entirety. The Order will be effective from 1 st March 2018.
A copy of the Order may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 28th February 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
