WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 VARIOUS ROADS IN POULTON SOUTH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY)
TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway

Padgate Lane - From its junction with Orford Road to its junction with Bruche Avenue. Davenham Avenue - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a north westerly direction.
Bridlemere Court - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a north westerly direction.
Beechwood Avenue - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a south easterly direction.
Mason Avenue - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a south easterly direction.
Delery Drive - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a north westerly direction.
Bruche Drive - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a southerly direction.
Brownhill Drive - From its junction with Padgate Lane for a distance of 50m in a north westerly direction.
The Order will be effective from Monday 19th March 2018 for 7 weeks, between the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Orford Road, Birchwood Way, Blackbrook Avenue and vice versa or via King Edward Street, Manchester Road, Holes Lane, Green Lane and vice versa. The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway and footway surfacing works. DATED 22nd February 2018 Ref: HIGH/1830

PENNINGTON LANE AND PENKFORD LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING. CLEARWAY.
SPEED LIMIT RESTRICTION AND SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is as follows: ¦ Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Clearway and 20mph Speed Limit Restriction Pennington Lane - From the western border with St. Helens to the eastern border with St. Helens (full length in Warrington Borough).

Penkford Lane - From Pennington Lane to its junction with Collins Green Lane/Penny Lane. Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Burtonwood Village) (Prohibition of Heavy Commercial vehicles) Order 1993 when signed as a diversion route, in so far as it relates to the following: -
Alder Lane, Lumber Lane, Collins Green Lane, Penkford Lane, Penny Lane, Broad Lane.
Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (A572 Pennington Lane/B5204
Penkford Lane) (Revocation and Speed Limits) Order 2015 in its entirety.
The Order will be effective from Monday 5th March 2018 for 7 weeks when signed on site.
The restrictions on Pennington Lane will be undertaken in the following phases: -
Phase 1: Pennington Lane - from a point 100m west of its junction with Penkford Lane to
the eastern boundary with St. Helens, between the hours of 7pm and 12pm.
Phase 2: Pennington Lane (eastbound traffic) - from the western boundary with
St. Helens to the traffic island, between the hours of 7pm and 12pm.
Phase 3: Pennington Lane (eastbound traffic) - from the traffic island to a point 100m
west of Penkford Lane, between the hours of 7pm and 6am.
The alternative route for Phase 1 of the works will be via the A572 Crow Lane West, A572
Crow Lane East, A49 High Street, A49 Mill Lane, A49 Winwick Road, A49 Newton Road,
Hollins Lane, Alder Lane, Lumber Lane, Collins Green Lane, Penny Lane, Broad Lane, Fleet
Lane, Waring Avenue and vice versa.
The alternative route for Phase 2 and 3 of the works will be via Penkford Lane, Broad Lane,
Fleet Lane, Waring Avenue and vice versa
The restrictions are required to facilitate carriageway surfacing works.

(AMENDMENT NO. 35) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 21 st February 2018 the Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1, 4,9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling Powers. Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the suspension of: ¦

Harpers Road Between a point 13.65 metres south west and a point 13.65 metres north (North Side) east of its junction with Blackburne Close.
(b) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of:-

Harpers Road Between its junction with the roundabout at Woolston Grange Avenue and (North Side) a point 10 metres south west of its junction with Pasture Lane. Pasture Lane From its junction with Harpers Road, for a distance of 10 metres, in a south (Both Sides) easterly direction.

The Order will be effective from Thursday 1st March 2018 and will remain in force for a period not exceeding 18 months. The Council will be considering in due course, within the Experimental Order period, whether the provisions of the Experimental Order should continue in force indefinitely.

A copy of the Order and a Statement of the Councils reasons for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of Legal Services or delivered by hand to the address above and be received within 6 months of the Experimental Order coming into force. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (ASH ACRE MEADOWS) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an order under Sections 1,2,4 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 21 st February 2018. The effect of the Order is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Ash Acre Meadows, for its entire length.
The Order will be effective from 5th March 2018.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 21st February 2018, apply to the High Court for this purpose. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 30) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 21st February 2018. The effect of the Order is as follows: -The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -
(a) In the Third Schedule by the addition of: -

Reynolds Street From its junction with Nook Lane for a distance of 20 metres in a south (Both Sides) westerly direction.
Nook Lane From a point 5 metres north west of its junction with Ash Acre (Both Sides) Meadows for a distance of 35 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will be effective from 5th March 2018.
