The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and conservation area
Application No: 2017/31367 Proposal: Full Planning -Proposed demolition of steel framed bam, small brick stores, the conversion of existing stables and store to 5 residential dwellings and development of 10 terraces dwellings. Location: Old Hall Farm, Lymm Road, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2TD Applicant: Mr Marcus Verschuren

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The application may be inspected on-line at www.warrington.gov.uk or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26-30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA11 XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday. Telephone enquiries can be made to the Development Management Support Team on 01925 442819. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application (including objections) should submit them in writing to the Development Management Support Team by e-mail devcontrol@warrington.gov.uk or letter to New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NH within 21 days of the date of this notice. Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
