Notice is hereby given that I, Jack Critchley have made an application for the Variation of a Premises Licence at San Lorenzo, Unit 1B, The Treasury, Palmyra Square South, Warrington WA1 1BL on 16 November 2017 to Warrington Borough Council forthe following licensableactivities: To extend the licence plan to includethe first floor outside area. The existing licensable activities will apply to this new area.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
