The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be of public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Notice of Proposed Development Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and Church Street Conservation Area

Application No: 2017/31508 Proposal: Listed Building - Retrospective permission for the replacement and restoration of bargeboards with re-painting of the building. Location: 53, Church Street, Fairfield And Howley, Warrington, WA1 2SZ Applicant Mr J Caulder, New River.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
