ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT)
CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 26) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of Hie Order will be as follows:-The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) By the addition of a new Schedule and the following entry thereunder: -

SCHEDULE 55A
WAITING LIMITED T010 MINUTES. NO RETURN WITHIN 1 HOUR -5:00AM to 9:00PM
Academy Way Within the layby starting from a point 63 metres north east of its (Northwest Side) junction with Bridge Street for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.
(b) By the addition of a new Schedule and the following entry thereunder:-

SCHEDULE 55B
WAITING LIMITED T010 MINUTES. NO RETURN WITHIN 1 HOUR -9:00PM TO 5:00AM
Academy Way Within the layby starting from a point 19.2 metres north east of its (Northwest Side) junction with Bank Street for a distance of 24 metres in a north easterly direction.
(c) By amendment of Article 8 being the addition of Schedules 55A and 55B to the said the Schedule.

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Cheryl Nicholson of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 7th September 2017 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
