Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Regulations 17 and 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, and Regulation 16 of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004, that St.Helens Council resolved to adopt the Bold Forest Park Area Action Plan on 12th July 2017. Forming part of the St.Helens Local Plan, the Bold Forest Park Area Action Plan is a statutory document which sets out the detailed policies and actions required to develop Bold Forest Park. Any application must be made no later than the end of the period of six weeks starting on the date of adoption by the Council, i.e. no later than Tuesday 22nd August 2017.
