ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS
(BOARDMANS LANE, ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of St. Helens propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicles to proceed in either direction along Boardmans Lane at its' junction with Park Road and Blackbrook Road.

The Order will come into force on Saturday 22nd July, 2017, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be two months. The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the installation of a new high voltage main to serve the new Lidl.
