Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee ofThe Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1144792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to: Deed of Grant for a bridge over water space at the Trent and Mersey Canal on the east side of Booth Lane, Middlewich which is shown edged in red on the plan to this notice.

The air space involved in the proposed disposal referred to above is owned by the Charity, The plan referred to in this notice may be viewed on the Charity's web page
