ST. HELENS COUNCIL THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST HELENS (A570 RAINFORD BY-PASS) (REVOCATION AND, 40 MPH, 50 MPH AND 60 MPH SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St. Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 84(1) and (2) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below.

Objections to the proposed Order must be made in writing to the undersigned
