ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(as Amended! - SECTION 14(11 THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 835. RAINFORD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of December, 2021, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a pedestrian to proceed in either direction along public right of way 835, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.
The Order came into force on Monday 3rd January 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works.
The reason for making this order is to facilitate the demolition and construction of a dwelling.
