Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development
Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation
Areas) Act 1990. The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Proposal: Variation of conditions
1 plans (retention of as built levels and french drain and repositioning of fences) and condition

2 (amended landscape plan showing position of fence and paths) on approval P/2018/0263/RES.
