ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended! - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 835. RAINFORD1 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING! ORDER 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in either direction along public right of way 835 between Lakeside Gardens and Higher Lane, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.

The Order will come into force on Monday 3rd January, 2022, and will have a maximum duration of six months, but will terminate on completion of the works.

The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the demolition and construction of a residential property.
