The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it under the terms of Article 15(2)(c) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposed development would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Conservation Area Application No: 2021/40322 Proposal: Proposed Demolition of existing single storey side extension and proposed two storey front extensions, part single storey/ part two storey side/rear extensions incorporating increase in roof height of existing dwelling to accommodate living accommodation and associated works Location: 3, Brookfield Close, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 OQN Applicant Richard Price

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
