Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Crouchley Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Crouchley Ln from its jet. with Mag Ln to its jet. with Kay Ln. The Order will be effective from 4th November 2021 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Crouchley Ln, Higher Ln, High Legh Rd, West Ln, Beechtree Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to renew ducting to carry out spine cabling works. Ret: High/2268 Notice is hereby given that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Alder Root Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Alder Root Ln from its jet. with Alder Ln to the borough boundary with St Helens. The Order will be effective on 20th October 2021 between 8am & 5pm, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Alder Ln, Hollins Ln, Newton Rd, Winwick Rd, Mill Ln, Church St, High St, Crow Ln East & vice versa or via Alder Ln, Fir Tree Ln, Lumber Ln, Collins Green Ln, Penkford Ln, Pennington Ln, Common Rd, Crow Ln West, Crow Ln East & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out vegetation clearance to the bridge structure. Ref: High/2266

Warrington Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Warrington Ln from its jet. with Burford Ln to its jet. with Agden Ln. The Order will be effective from 20th October 2021 for 2 days, between 9:30am & 3:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Burford Ln, Higher Ln, Lymm Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom access to the overhead network. Ref: High/2267



Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The Borough of Warrington (A50 Knutsford Rd, Grappenhall) (30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 81, 82 & 83 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 13th October 2021. The effect of the Order is to extend the existing 30 mph speed limit further along the derestricted section of road on A50 Knutsford Rd, this new limit will be from its jet. with A56 Chester Rd to a point 575m south east of the same jet., therefore now becomes a restricted road. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 13th October 2021, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
