Notice is hereby given that on the 12th August 2021 T.J. Morris Limited applied to St Helens Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Unit 5 Hardshaw Centre, St Helens WA10 1EB. The proposed Ikensable activities are;-1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Saturdays between the hours of 08.00 to 17.30 and Sundays 10.00 to 16.00 hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.

no later than the 9th September 2021 stating the grounds for representations. The register of St Helens Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 09.30 am and 16.30 Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
