Application No: 2021/38829 Proposal: Variation of Conditions (Major) - Proposed variation of Condition 16 (Travel Plan) on previously approved application 2019/35280 (Proposed warehouse) to allow for alteration to timescale written within condition 16 so it states that the Travel Plan can be submitted post occupation (3 to 6 months suggested) Location: Unit 4, Appleton Thorn Trading Estate, Lyncastle Road, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 4SN Applicant: Mr David Deeley, Powerhouse Propco II S.A.R.L.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration.
The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major
Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town
and Country Planning (Development Management
Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
